Zone 9 Creations, LLC was born in 2011 and is owned and operated by Courtney C. Lazanis, a native of Clearwater, FL. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Horticulture from the University of Florida, is Florida State Licensed in Landscape Maintenance & Urban Fertilizer Application and is Certified in the Green Industry's Best Management Practices.
Zone 9 Creations was developed to offer a change of pace to the typical "mow & blow" services that we so often get in our landscapes. We like to refer to our maintenance plans as "Personal Gardening Services" because we focus on the plants and landscape beds.
We also offer landscape & exterior property management services for clients who own vacation homes or are annual visitors that are in need of someone to care for their property while they are away.
One of our favorite things about landscaping is being able to create a unique and custom space designed specifically for you.
